Embarrassing: I started saying “Period” & “New Paragraph” in a conversation…with a person.

It happened the other day.

I was chatting with a friend on the phone and at the end of a sentence I said, “period”, NOT because I was making a point…but because I had just finished 30 minutes of dictating into a Google Doc using their Voice-to-Text feature.

…and that is what I say into Google Docs when I finish a sentence!

OY, how embarrassing.

Had to laugh.

No, I’m not becoming a Robot…but it’s true I’m afraid that the Robot has been training me better than I wanted.

I truly have a love-hate relationship with technology.

Imagine the trouble I’d be in if I’d slipped up and said to my wife on the phone, “Honey – Question Mark”….oh boy!
